Damage Policy

💥 Damaged / Defective Products 

All products are made-to-order through our website.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • Packaging images

    • Order ID

    • Unboxing video (strongly recommended)


🔍 Verification Process

All claims are reviewed and verified with our production partner.

Claims are approved only if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing or fulfillment defect, such as:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Major print defects

  • Damage during production or shipping


✅ Damage Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will provide a resolution based on the issue:

  • Free replacement (for major defects or incorrect items)

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit for future purchases


🎁 No Return Required

In most cases, returns are not required for damaged items.

We may request a return only in specific situations (e.g., high-value orders or verification needs).


🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

We do not cover:

  • Incorrect size selected by customer

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences (screen vs print)

  • Minor print placement variations
